Jeni Furlong is the Group Head of Operations at Your Legal Costs, bringing over 20 years of experience across insurance, legal services, and operational leadership. Known for her people-first approach, Jeni combines strategic oversight with a hands-on management style that ensures the business runs efficiently and that her management team is fully supported to deliver the best possible results.

Jeni’s career began at Norwich Union as a sales adviser, where she progressed into management before transitioning into the legal sector. She went on to hold key positions at firms including Silverbeck Rymer, developing her expertise in operational transformation, service delivery, and large-scale team management – all driven by a strong commitment to client care and performance excellence.

At Your Legal Costs, Jeni oversees the day-to-day running of the business, managing processes, resources, and performance across departments. She identifies opportunities for improvement and develops strategies that support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Jeni is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and believes that strong leadership is built on empathy, consistency, and clarity.

Outside of work, Jeni is a proud aunt, karaoke enthusiast, and lifelong fan of steam rallies and camping. She’s also the devoted owner of Tetley, her rather fussy Lhasa Apso – who often provides the entertainment and the inspiration for many of her stories.
