He has played a central role in scaling operations, launching new departments, and mentoring colleagues – experiences that have shaped his collaborative and effective leadership style.

Since becoming Operations Manager at Your Legal Costs, Chris has taken on a broader strategic remit. He works closely with the leadership team to oversee performance, streamline processes, and ensure the business delivers consistently for its clients.
